1. STATEMENT OF COMMITMENT

ICT Analyst Consulting Pty Ltd is committed to providing and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for all workers, contractors, clients, and visitors. We recognise that protecting the health, safety, and wellbeing of our people is a core value and vital to the success and sustainability of our business.

We strive to eliminate or minimise risks through effective safety management, education, and open communication, ensuring compliance with all relevant WHS legislation and best practice standards.


2. SCOPE

This policy applies to all individuals engaged by ICT Analyst Consulting Pty Ltd, including employees, independent contractors, subcontractors, labour hire personnel, and consultants, whether operating remotely, in-house, or on client sites.


3. OUR WHS RESPONSIBILITIES

ICT Analyst Consulting Pty Ltd will:

  • Comply with all applicable Work Health and Safety legislation, regulations, and codes of practice.

  • Provide and maintain safe systems of work.

  • Identify, assess, and manage WHS risks proactively.

  • Ensure workers receive appropriate induction, training, and supervision.

  • Encourage reporting and prompt resolution of hazards, incidents, and injuries.

  • Consult with workers on WHS issues and changes.

  • Monitor and support the mental and physical wellbeing of all staff.


4. WORKER RESPONSIBILITIES

All personnel engaged by ICT Analyst Consulting Pty Ltd are expected to:

  • Take reasonable care for their own health and safety, and the safety of others.

  • Comply with company and client WHS policies and procedures.

  • Participate in required inductions, training, and safety meetings.

  • Promptly report hazards, incidents, injuries, or unsafe behaviour.

  • Cooperate with safety investigations and corrective actions.


5. HOST CLIENT SITE SAFETY

When working at a host client site:

  • ICT ANALYST CONSULTING PTY LTD will take reasonable steps to ensure the host organisation provides a safe working environment in line with relevant WHS legislation.

  • Where possible, WHS information about the site will be reviewed prior to placement, or as soon as practicable thereafter.

  • All workers will be provided with a site-specific WHS induction by either the host or ICT ANALYST CONSULTING PTY LTD, relevant to their role and environment.

  • Workers are expected to comply with the host organisation’s WHS policies, procedures, and incident reporting requirements at all times.


6. CONSULTATION AND COMMUNICATION

We promote a collaborative and transparent approach to WHS through:

  • Open communication channels between management, workers, and clients.

  • Ongoing safety briefings and information sharing.

  • Regular consultation on WHS matters and continuous improvement opportunities.


7. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

We are committed to continually improving our WHS performance by:

  • Setting measurable WHS objectives and targets.

  • Conducting regular audits, reviews, and risk assessments.

  • Learning from incidents and implementing preventive measures.


8. POLICY REVIEW

This policy will be reviewed at least annually or earlier if legislative changes or business operations require it.
